A former pharmaceutical executive who had been diagnosed with erectile dysfunction after having sex with a woman has been sentenced by a Bailie Court to four months in prison.
Dr Raghuram Kulkarni, of Ayurveda Institute, said that on 28 September, a former pharmaceutical executive had been arrested and taken to jail.
He had been convicted of three charges relating to the sexual relations between a woman and her boyfriend and that he had been in possession of the woman's sexual enhancement products.
The case was investigated by the Bailie Court after a review by the Justice Department.
Kulkarni had also been convicted of one charge relating to the sexual relations between a woman and a man.
The court heard that in July 2012, Kulkarni, who is the head of Ayurveda, was involved in a case in the UK which involved the sexual enhancement products such as Viagra, Cialis, Levitra and Silen...
He was sentenced on 2 June 2012, in the UK, to 12 months imprisonment suspended for three months, and a fine of £5,000, to be exact.
Kulkarni's case has had a positive impact on the way the country is doing in its treatment of women's sexual problems. It is estimated that more than 30 million people in the UK suffer from some form of female sexual dysfunction.
Kulkarni was also involved in the sexual relations between a man and a woman. The woman, who was not involved in the sexual relations between the man and the woman, was also the owner of a shop in Lloydspharma.
The case has been prosecuted by the Bailie Court and was prosecuted by the Bailie Civil Court and Justice Department.
Kulkarni's arrest comes after a jury found him guilty of three counts relating to the sexual relations between a man and a woman in June 2012.

Kulkarni had also been convicted for two other offences. A judge also handed down the sentence to Kulkarni in May 2013.
Kulkarni has been a leading figure in the pharmaceutical industry, with a portfolio of more than 15,000 products and a team of more than 300 professionals. He has been an integral part of the pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years, which is why he has been named among the most prominent experts in the field.
The case was prosecuted by the Bailie Civil Court after a review by the Justice Department.
In July 2012, Kulkarni was also a director of the Ayurveda Society for the Improvement of Life in the UK, and was involved in the sexual relations between women in the UK.
Kulkarni was also the head of Ayurveda Institute, which manages the sexual enhancement products in Ayurveda.

On 14 March 2023, the UK Medicines regulator approved an application to reclassify the erectile dysfunction medication Cialis. When marketed asCialis Together(tadalafil 10mg), it will be a ‘P’ (pharmacy) medication, and so available ‘over the counter’ in pharmacies – see. This follows the 2018, ‘P’ classification of (sildenafil 50mg) which has been available OTC, without a prescription, since then.

This new classification of tadalafil 10mg will enable men who suffer from ED to obtain it safely from a local pharmacy.
Sanofi, the drug manufacturer, is expected to launch Cialis Together later in 2023. Cialis Together will be available to purchase in pharmacies without a prescription by men over 18 with erectile dysfunction. Cialis Together tablets will contain 10mg tadalafil and the maximum pack size will be 8 tablets. Other doses and pack sizes of Cialis and tadalafil will still be available on prescription through doctors and specially trained pharmacists. Before purchase in a pharmacy there must be an assessment with a pharmacist, who will check that Cialis Together is appropriate and safe, or whether consultation with a GP is necessary.
Men suffering with ED will have another treatment option with the convenience of purchasing it in their local pharmacy, including pharmacies found inside supermarkets (eg. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s). The pharmacist will ask some health questions, may check blood pressure, and will advise on treatment with Cialis Together or Viagra Connect, or the need to consult a GP. Pharmacies usually have a private room for such discussions.
Cialis Together is a 10mg tadalafil product for use at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity. Its effects can last. It is not recommended for daily use. The maximum recommended dose of Cialis Together will be one tablet in 24 hours. Prescription Cialis and tadalafil will still be available at different doses.
